This online prescription system is to be used only for requesting medication and other items that have been authorised for repeat issue by your doctor. If an item does not appear on this list DO NOT ask for it here - you will need to contact the surgery directly. Please DO NOT request an item you do not actually want as a means of asking for something else.

Before requesting any medication, please ensure that your review date has not passed, and that you don’t need to arrange any blood tests or blood pressure checks etc. In either case, or if you are unsure, contact the surgery.
