Outside normal surgery hours (6.30pm to 8.00am) please call 0845 145 1800. You will speak to a specially trained operator who will deal with your enquiry.

Although we are open to personal callers throughout the day, we switch the telephone lines to answering service between 1pm & 3pm to allow time for administration tasks. At this time, in an emergency, you should call 0845 890 8990. This number should also be used on Thursday afternoons.

Call 999 in an emergency. Chest pains and / or shortness of breath constitute an emergency.

Extended Opening

From June 1st 2010 we are running a trial of early opening one morning each week (i.e. 7 am).  This service is primarily for the convenience of patients who work during the day. Initially the day this clinic is held will vary from week to week, but in time we may fix it on a particular day.

Please do not turn up to this clinic without an appointment - we will not be able to see you. If your condition is urgent, you must call the out of hours service as normal.

If the scheme proves popular we may make it a permanent feature. Please let us know what you think.
